Loopos – Digital Loop Controller is a digital control system that is mainly used in the test rig area. It is equipped with several digital PID controllers. A typical use is the control of hydropulsers. Thanks to its modular design, it covers a wide range of actuators and sensors in the test rig area.

The basic system is for the operation of one axis; in the final configuration, up to four axes can be controlled. System and controller settings are made via the convenient touch display. The PID components of a control loop can be set using rotary knobs on the front of the housing. The control and set value specification of an axis can be carried out internally via the integrated function generator or externally via a wide variety of communication types.
